Melanie Holton is the broker-owner and operator of We Manage Properties. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 12 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. She has been selling real estate and managing properties full-time since then. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating a property management company. She is dedicated to making her clients happy.

We place signs on your property and actively promote your property on listing services and on our website with photos and descriptions. We work with realtors and the public in order to rent your property, and we prepare documents necessary for the rental process.
During the rental application process, we personally talk with the prospective tenant's past landlords and ask questions about the tenant's renting history. We also check credit, obtain driver license information and verify employment and/or income.
WMP staffs a professional maintenance crew who are on-call to handle problems that may crop up. We also make periodic preventative checks to ensure our properties are well maintained.
As your property manager, WMP handles all rent money, repair requests and periodic inspections. We assist with property improvement, handle tenant relations, oversee finances involved with the property, and provide regular written reports. Sample reports are available upon request.
